Enjoy 90 minutes of total relaxation when booking combined hand and foot hand reflexology.
The initial treatment will consist of an additional 15 minutes consultation in order for your therapist to note your medical history and devise a treatment plan.
For the treatment you simply remove your shoes and socks, lay in a reclined position, have the choice of being covered with a blanket or not, choose your reflexology foot/hand balm products, listen to calming music or enjoy a quiet chat with your therapist and relax.
