Hello everyone, I'm Jo and I trained as a Reflexologist in 1999. I run a small holistic therapy business based in the beautiful setting of Llanerch Vineyard.
I'm a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and hold public liability and medical indemnity insurance.

I have also trained as an advanced Facial Reflexologist and Zone Face Lift Practitioner with the London School of Reflexology, tutored by the renowned 'Ziggie Bergman' - Reflexologist to the Royal Family and many high profile clients.

Besides being a Holistic Therapist I have previously worked as a Registered Nurse for People with Learning Difficulties, a Primary School Teacher and Special Needs Teacher.

Cwtch Holistic Therapies is an Autistic and Learning Disability friendly practice, adapting treatment sessions and the environment to accommodate any specific needs that clients may require. Prior viewing of the environment and discussion can be arranged if needed. Please note that there are stairs to access the treatment room.

For those of you who are not Welsh and maybe wondering what the word 'Cwtch' means, then let me explain. If you happen to ask a Welsh person what a 'Cwtch' is, they will often demonstrate it by giving you a big 'cwtch' (hug).

'Cwtch, is a familiar word in the Welsh language, with two definitions:  1. a cuddle or a hug. 2. a cupboard or cubbyhole. At Cwtch Holistic Therapies we aim to 'Cwtch' and support you on your holistic journey to improve your overall health and well-being.
